Hi, my name is Camilla - I have recently graduated from Oxford University (in 2012), where I was studying History, and from Manchester Business School (2016), where I studied Management.

Currently I am working as a Senior Allocation Analyst in Merchandising at TJX Europe (TK Maxx). I love my job, but I also love tutoring, and so want to continue to help students when I can!

I attended Notting Hill and Ealing High School from years 7-13, and really enjoyed my time there, and had very supportive teachers. Through tutoring, I aim to help other students who did not receive the same level of encouragement and inspiration from their teachers, as I did.

I took the 11+ myself, and got into all of my chosen schools, and then went on to get 9 A*s and an A at GCSE.

I then went on to study 4 AS levels, which were: History of Art, History, English Literature and Government and Politics. I received 4 As in these exams.

The next year I went on to achieve an A* in Government and Politics, as well as an A* in English Literature, and I received an A in History.

Having also been accepted into Oxford University at the beginning of Year 13, I am also able to help students with prep for Oxbridge, such as advice regarding personal statements, as well as interview and test practice.

At Oxford, my study of History mainly focused on early modern British history, although I also took History of Art papers (one on the Italian Renaissance, and one on early modern European court culture). I also know about the crusades, Stalinist Russia, eighteenth & nineteenth century Europe, and more.
