About Andre
A quick note about me: I am a second-year medical student who is a passionate and dedicated learner that loves to help others reach their full potential! For me, tutoring is much more than merely a job, but is something that truly lights my soul and makes me feel happy and proud. I am a very curious person, with a particular interest in healthcare and science. In my spare time, I love playing sports, particularly netball, and reading. I also have a strong passion for travel, with my favourite places being New York, Hoi An, and Munich!

I am very well versed in tutoring, having mentored students from K-12 for over five years. I teach all my sessions with a student-centred approach, conscious that each student learns differently. I prioritise working with my student to build a trusting and comfortable relationship and constantly ask for feedback to maximise the student's learning. I have an array of resources I utilise in my sessions, including textbooks, worksheets, previous notes, and past exams. Importantly, I am accustomed to all new syllabuses (including modern history, biology, chemistry, English, and maths), and hence am able to provide valuable assistance in an array of subjects. Specifically, I am offering to tutor senior STEM subjects (primarily Mathematics, Mathematics Ext 1, Chemistry, and Biology), Modern History, SOR, and English Advanced, as well as most junior subjects. I hope that you consider me to work alongside your child as a wholistic mentor and tutor!
