About Aaliyah
Teaching and mentoring have always played a big role in my adult life. I started volunteering to tutor students in the years below me at school at the age of 17 and now at the age of 23 I work for a teaching agency as well as Explore Learning. I am keen to help and share what I have learnt over the years and strive to leave you smiling at the end of each session!

Hi! My name is Aaliyah Wallace and I am a recent Spanish and Portuguese Graduate from the University of Oxford and I am now currently studying for a Msc in International Business from Warwick Business School. I have been tutoring for over 6 years and have experience helping students pass their 11+, GCSE’s and A Levels in a variety of subjects including Maths, English, French and the Sciences. After achieving 11A*’s at GCSE level and 3 A*’s at A Level I am keen to share my passion and enthusiasm with students who need some extra support or confidence in their abilities. As a tutor I believe in being patient and calm, placing emphasis on positive reinforcement to ensure my students aren’t afraid to make mistakes as this is often the best way to learn!!
I am also happy to help with the admissions process for University especially Oxbridge applications and interview preparation! Please do not hesitate to get in touch! I look forward to speaking with you and helping you along your journey!
