About Riya
I’m a native Marathi speaker with a clear, neutral accent and a strong understanding of both everyday conversational Marathi and formal language. I’ve helped learners from different backgrounds — complete beginners, heritage speakers, and people learning for travel or family become comfortable speaking and understanding Marathi in real situations.
My lessons are structured but relaxed. I prepare personalised material for each student and focus on practical communication first, while also building reading and writing skills where needed. I correct mistakes patiently and explain why something is said a certain way, so students don’t just memorise phrases they understand the language.
I’m reliable, organised, and attentive to progress. After each lesson, students leave knowing exactly what they’ve improved and what to practise next. My goal is to make you confident enough to actually use Marathi outside the classroom.

I am a native Marathi speaker, who has been giving Marathi lessons as a tutor since 2019. The length of the lessons can range from 30 mins to an hour.

I focus on speaking first. You won’t just memorise words you’ll use them. Every class includes conversation practice, corrections, and practical phrases you can immediately apply.
