About James
I’ve had a love for music for as long as I can remember. I started playing piano at around 7 or 8, and since then, I’ve taught myself electric and acoustic guitar, bass, drums, singing, and various production techniques. In recent years, I’ve developed a strong interest in electronic music and synthesis, refining my skills to create my own music.
I play guitar at a high level across many styles, including rock, jazz, blues, soul, and reggae, and I always try to dive into any genre I enjoy. I am self-taught and can I read sheet music and tabs. I also have a solid understanding of music theory and the fascinating physics and math behind sound.
Teaching has always been a passion of mine—I’ve taught friends and family and hope to continue growing my teaching skills, with the long-term goal of starting my own music school. Even after years of playing, I still find new ways to make music fun and exciting, and I can’t wait to share that same enthusiasm with other musicians.

Hi there! I’m James, a 25-year-old musician and producer from London. Whether you’re just starting out or have been playing for years and need a little guidance, I’m here to provide clear, friendly lessons tailored to your needs. I’ve spent years honing my skills on guitar, piano, and bass, and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned about music and theory with you.
Lessons will take place over Zoom, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what you need. Together, we’ll focus on the areas that matter most to you, helping you grow as a musician.
I’m eager to help you unlock your full potential and experience the joy of making music! :)
