About Ashley
I am a singer, actress, dancer, and teacher. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in both Vocal Performance and Piano Performance, and I have been teaching private lessons for a year and a half now. I have a ton of experience performing, and accompanying for Musical Theatre, and I am looking for students who are excited to perform!

My teaching approach is one which is based in technique, and tailored from the basics to fit the needs of the individual student. I believe a foundation in music theory is essential for success as a musician, however the approach necessary for getting a student to full understanding will be agreed upon between myself and the student, based on their specific needs.

I have worked with many voice teachers, but Ashley has helped me improve tremendously and has proved herself to be one of the best. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she knows so much about the voice, how it operates, and how to convey that to the student. I feel safe to try new things with her and explore my own voice. Ashley is amazing!! We've worked on coaching the acting in my songs, and she always has helpful suggestions and choices I wouldn't have thought of on my own. She's great to work with, and I always feel like I can be myself. She also is an expert piano player and knows a lot about music theory, which is super valuable in her teaching.
