About Arisha-Jane
My scholarship to study voice at Oklahoma City University has given me a solid grounding of both Musical Theatre and Classical technique.
Since then I have coached my peers whilst at university and I have been vocal captain in multiple shows over the course of my studies.

About the lesson

My teaching method is focused on vocal and performance technique through a positive environment. This will involve breathing, support and vocal stylings. I will work with you to deconstruct songs that you bring, making them easier to digest whilst providing easy strategies that you can implement on your own. I aim to teach you techniques that will allow you to grow as a musician.
I would like to tailor a session to your needs, if you are struggling rhythmically one week, and technique wise the next I can work with you.
I also offer audition prep and acting through song coaching if you are looking to go into eduction or professional settings
This is a basic lesson plan:
A warm up tailored to the style of the song
An initial sing through
A conversation where I will ask you what you enjoyed, and where you feel you can improve
We will iron over any technique or performance aspects where you can improve on
One last sing through
And hopefully you will leave the lesson excited with the progress you made :)
