About Lily
I have been playing guitar for 18 years, and have learned a great deal of music from this, as well as general music. I have a merit in grade 5 music theory, and a distinction in grade 8 guitar, as well as the knowledge for grade 8 music theory. I have a GCSE, A level and degree in music, and my knowledge ranges from 1500-modern day music of many genres. I also have 7 years experience teaching guitar.

I like to teach by explaining concepts in detail, and then allowing the student to relay/play the information back to me, allowing for me to ensure that they understood the concept. This is then followed with an exam style question, or in the case of playing, I would comment on techniques and suggest improvements.
