I can make almost any topic interesting because I tend to find almost every topic interesting myself. I am passionate about learning and making connections between concepts, especially those which didn't at first seem connected. I believe in a strong foundation based in understanding, not rote memorization.

I am someone with both a great deal of empathy, and a very methodical approach. The main thing that sets me apart is my ability to translate my excitement about a given topic to my students.
