About Ricardo
Summa Cum Laude graduated from the University of North Texas in Jazz Studies with a specialty in guitar, in which I had the opportunity to study with internationally renowned teachers such as Davy Mooney, Noel Johnston, Rich DeRosa, Mike Steinel, among others. Extensive experience in playing the guitar as well as teaching music both privately and in academies. I have played at the Denton Arts and Jazz Festival, as well as the Querétaro International Jazz Festival. Currently I regularly play around Querétaro and San Miguel with the great musicians of these areas.

My teaching method is 100% coupled to the goals and level of each individual student. I look for a way for them to achieve their goals in a way that they understand the process and all the different possibilities that exist within music. I can teach everything from how to play different styles of music, improvisation, and a better understanding of the guitar, to theory, composition, and more advanced aspects of music.
