About Sakthivelnathan
I am an electrical engineer who worked four years in Singapore, then became as a university lecturer attached to Electrical Technology department in university of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. I have about four year teaching experience. I also gave private tuition for math subjects to school students in Sri Lanka. At present, studying Ph.D in Electrical Power Engineering at Murdoch university.

As a teacher it is important to make each student realize their true potential. As teacher student relationship grows, together they should recognize that all their efforts are to achieve wisdom to find a truth. Learning is not something that can be defined as a procedure; learning is something that occurs in a rather unstructured way. However, Learning can be built into structures and processes. As we make new connections between known concepts, add new strategies, link those new concepts to old concepts, then we begin to learn and our body of knowledge grows. On this ground, I have been successful teacher by using unique approach to introduce a topic to students, link connection between theories and bringing them from unknown to known by using by connecting their existing knowledge on the unknown theory or topic.
