About Alexandre
In extreme situations, extreme skills can develop! As a former child victim of chronic abuse, I learned to draw on all my resources to survive. It is from this point of view that I have decided to offer "life coaching". As I have done for myself, I seek to bring out the energy that is deep within you - minus the dangerous situations.
Despite the painful events, I managed to get a double degree in Engineering and a Research Master in Computer and Data Science. However, I have no specific training in Psychology or Personal Development. My Life is my training. It is through my great general curiosity, my pedagogical and protective personality (rescue at sea at the risk of my life at the age of 13), my long practice of sports and martial arts, and my great psychological victories in the face of the abuses I have suffered, that I will offer you a unique multidisciplinary support.
My goal: to enrich your life in an authentic way. My motivation: to work on my own scale to develop a society of self-confident and supportive people.

My offer is multidisciplinary. I can help you solve the following difficulties:
- psychological: emotions, feelings, identity issues;
- relational: conflicts, social anxiety, love;
- intellectual: learning difficulties, loss of motivation;
- bodily: muscle weakness, chronic pain, weight and nutrition problems.
My work bases:
- Open-minded, I will provide you with an honest but non-guilty listening.
- Pragmatic, I will propose simple and direct solutions.
- Encouraging, I will develop your perseverance in the face of difficulty while stimulating your creativity and your efforts.
- Trained in scientific research, I will be able to consult expert documents to meet your information needs.
- My approach is comprehensive and creative, think of me as a professional "friend". Nevertheless, I am aware of my limitations and will redirect you to specialists as soon as I deem it necessary.
The coaching process :
- 1st session: an interview of about 30 min to analyze your needs.
- The following sessions will depend on the needs we have identified.
- In each session, we will compartmentalize the different problems in order to achieve sustainable progress.
- Ideally, the sessions will be done on the weekend. This coaching is not my main activity. I will focus on coaching one person at a time.
