About Catherine
I started working in Hospitality at 15 years old and quickly became a manger at 19 years old for the UK's largest group of bars and restaurants. I supported myself through my Law degree and graduated in 2009 at the University of Westminster. I completed my legal training and qualified as a solicitor in 2013. In 2014 I returned to the Hospitality sector, managing a group of restaurants as Operational Head. In 2015 I moved to Singapore to continue my leadership development as Group General Manager of a portfolio of high profile restaurants, managing a team of 14 direct reports and 150 staff. In 2018 I moved to Cape Town, South Africa and launched a consultancy business providing financial and operational management solutions to the world's best restaurants.
