About Matt
I’ve been in hospitality since the age of 15 and have worked my way up from pot-wash to chef to head chef and business owner. I've worked in ski chalets in France, fine dining in Toronto, run my own bakery business, catered over 500 weddings, festivals and private events, designed brands and developed bespoke ranges for businesses. I love nothing more than teaching others in the art of creating great food, well balanced meals and showing them techniques that I’ve learned over the years. I’ve recently become very engaged in health and nutrition in food and the value of healthy meals with my own unique ideas.

I excel in product development, menu design and catering expertise.
