About Anjhana
Hi, I'm Anjhana. I am a UX Researcher and Designer based in Singapore.
If you are struggling to decide on the UX research methods to use, how to design UX research, make sense of messy user data, or feeling lost in translating your research into user-centric design, you are in the right place.
My legitimacy is backed by a master's degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) with a Distinction in Research, alongside over 5 years of professional experience executing high-stakes evaluations for the Government and global consulting settings.
Furthermore, my recent graduation from the General Assembly UX Immersive means I speak the exact language of modern digital product teams. When you learn with me, I will ensure that your exact issues are resolved during the session by gaining an understanding of your struggles and giving you the exact help you need.

LSE MSc Graduate with Distinction (Research Specialization) & General Assembly Graduate in UX Design.
5+ years of experience leading qualitative user research and service design in the UK and Singapore.
Skilled at bridging deep human insights with digital product workflows.

University Students, UX Students, UX Research/ Figma Beginners

Research design: user interviews, surveys, usability testing Analysis: thematic analysis, affinity mapping, journey mapping, persona creation
Strategy: stakeholder communication/workshops
Design: Going from research to design, information architecture and prototyping on Figma or Figma Make/using Claude Code.
My Tutoring Methodology
Practical & Project-Based: We work directly on your active thesis, portfolio, or design project.
Research Rigor and User-Informed Design: I teach you how to reduce bias, do rigorous research that translates to design decisions in a way that aligns business and client needs before we build screens in Figma.
Stakeholder Ready: I coach you on how to present complex user data clearly to stakeholders, managers, or academic boards. Or how to communicate and align on project priorities.
Lesson Structure & Length
Standard lessons can be either 30 or 60 minutes long.
First part of the session: Review your current project roadblocks and set the day's goal.
Main part of the session: Live, hands-on coaching (user research, data synthesis, strategy or Figma wireframing or UX portfolio review).
Final, concluding part: Actionable feedback and clear homework steps for your next milestone.
Final note
All students are encouraged to share the exact problem to tackle during the session along with the materials needed so that I can prepare in advance so the session is worthwhile for you.
