I am a student of the MSc course in Astrophysics at La Sapienza University of Rome; I previously obtained a BSc with honors in Physics. I have been giving private lessons since I started university, providing help in dealing with various scientific subjects.

What matters most to me is the understanding of the topics covered, without stopping at a mnemonical understanding and focusing on the practical aspects of what is being studied. Typically I start a lesson starting from the points that are less clear of a given topic studied, and then continue doing some exercises.

Perfect! Paolo è veramente un ottimo professore, capace di spiegare le materie e i concetti, sia teorici che pratici, in maniera molto chiara, insegnando metodi efficaci per ricavare teoremi e relazioni, piuttosto che impararli a memoria. Due aspetti fondamentali sono anche la grande disponibilità e la dedizione verso lo studente, capendone le lacune e i bisogni. Raccomanderei Paolo come professore a tutti coloro che si approcciano allo studio di materie scientifiche e non esiterei a contattarlo di nuovo in futuro!
