About Lily
I have experienced the power of Qigong and Meditation from a young age. It explains how humanity works, left no confusion, give me a clear guide how to get me out any struggle, yet the practices are so simple but profound. Whenever life was a challenge, Qigong has played a faithful friend, supported me out from it and give me clarity and balance back.
I have been teaching Qigong and Meditation to clients for seven years and would gladly welcome any new students.

The session is about tapping ourselves into our body, by moving meditation, breathing exercises and guided meditation such time how human works will be explained so you will gain self-confidence and self-love and self-respect and self-worth. These exercises will naturally help you to find the core, so you can experience safety, and feel supported and rooted.
These lessons are for anyone at any age or level.
