About Amal
I have been teaching Mathematics (mainly Edexcel) for over 10 years now in the UK/UAE. The proudest thing for me is that my students always leave the lesson feeling accomplished. I often hear the phrase “is that it? I thought it was more complicated” which is my favourite thing! 🤍 Are you ready to not feel overwhelmed when you see a maths question, and instead feel “actually this isn’t so bad- I can do it” We will take the lesson and learning at a pace that is just right for you, where I will challenge you to push yourself to improve, but ensure that you are also not overwhelmed! My main concern is getting you to be confident with the subject and attempting questions. We will also apply this knowledge to exam style questions and practise so that you are confused with the application in exams! I guarantee that you might even find yourself growing to love Mathematics if you didn’t already!

I know Maths can often get a bad rep and feel hard or overwhelming, sometimes even impossible. My passion is building up your confidence and making it feel accessible to you. One of my strengths is breaking down the subject into smaller chunks of information and showing you that with some practice you can definitely do it!
