I see to each kid individually and change my approach as per each child's requirement. Each child is different and so should be treated differently. I enhance their positive points and try to improve their negatives. I am mostly conducting online tuitions.

Simply awesome.The way she gives clarity about the topic is superb.She just understands a particular student's capacity and needs and then deliver knowledge according to him/her.She takes us far from the subject for few moments whenever the class feels slightly bored,this acts as a refreshment for us and stay in touch with her for the whole session.I blindly recommend you all, Anbu mam for this subject.
