About Brooke
Hi! I’m a mom of three with hands-on experience in pregnancy, childbirth, and caring for newborns and young children.
I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel—whether you’re preparing for your first baby or trying to adjust to life with a newborn. There’s a lot of information out there, and not all of it feels realistic or helpful.
That’s why I focus on simple, practical guidance that actually works in real life.
I’ve supported my own children through different stages of infancy and early childhood, and I bring a calm, patient, and non-judgmental approach to every session. My goal is to help you feel more confident, less stressed, and better prepared.
I’m continuously learning more about infant care and maternal well-being to better support the families I work with.
