Hi! I’m a 1st year MPharm (Master of Pharmacy) student who achieved AAA at A-Level in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. I tutor A-Level Chemistry and Maths, as well as GCSE Chemistry and Maths, helping students understand concepts clearly, improve exam technique, and gain confidence.

I structure my lessons to be clear, focused, and tailored to each student’s needs. Before each session, I review the relevant topics and exam materials, and prepare examples, practice questions, and explanations to match the student’s current level. I aim to break down complex concepts into simple, logical steps, ensuring understanding before moving on.
During lessons, I combine explanation, guided practice, and problem-solving, encouraging students to think critically rather than memorise. I share effective exam techniques and strategies to help them approach questions confidently and efficiently. I adapt my pace and teaching style based on the student’s learning preferences, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated throughout.
To help students achieve their goals, I set clear targets for each session and the broader term, focusing on improving understanding, grades, and confidence. I measure progress through regular practice questions, mini-quizzes, and by reviewing previous mistakes, so students can see tangible improvements.
I believe it’s important to encourage a growth mindset: celebrating small successes, being patient with challenges, and building resilience. By creating a supportive and structured environment, students feel confident to ask questions, tackle difficult topics, and develop skills that extend beyond exams. My ultimate goal is to make GCSE more understandable, manageable, and enjoyable.
