About Akhila
I am a Computer Science educator with 11 years of teaching experience, including 3 years in the UAE, and 2 years of prior experience as a software developer in the industry. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Cybersecurity, with a focus on emerging technologies in education. I love bringing technology into the classroom, using tools such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and modern digital platforms to make learning engaging and practical. I teach because I believe every student can build real confidence in Computer Science when concepts are explained clearly and reinforced through hands-on practice.

I bring 11 years of teaching experience, including 3 years in the UAE, plus 2 years of prior software development experience, to every lesson. My approach is hands-on and practical: students work directly in Python (IDLE, PyCharm, Spyder), explore Robotics and AI using Arduino kits, and learn data handling with Pandas, NumPy and Matplotlib through real projects rather than just theory. Lessons typically run 45 to 60 minutes and combine clear concept explanations with guided practice, adapting pace to the student's level from Grade 9 through undergraduate Computer Science. I teach through interactive digital platforms and hybrid formats, encouraging students to ask questions and build genuine problem-solving confidence.
