Breaking down each topic and taking students on a journey with plenty of interaction, explanations, examples and questions. MMT starts with how money is created, spent by Government and then recouped.
It is a lens onto Government financing and it is certainly not what you have been told.
A Sovereign Fiat Currency Issuer, such as the UK, can NEVER go bankrupt and never has to borrow or tax to spend for public purpose.
As COVID19 showed us. The Government ALWAYS spends first.
