About Joelle
Hello, I’m Joelle, a mixed media artist with a Master’s Degree in Graphic Design and over 15 years of experience in the creative field. I have developed my own artistic practice and brand, and I have been recognized through multiple Certificates for High Artistic Quality from the Luxembourg Art Prize.
Art has always been central to my life, both professionally and personally. Over the years, I have worked across different creative approaches, which has given me a strong understanding of both traditional and contemporary art practices.
I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping students grow in confidence, whether they are complete beginners or more advanced learners. My goal is to support each student in developing their own artistic voice and enjoying the creative process.
I work with teenagers and adults, and I adapt my teaching style to suit each individual’s needs and goals. Lessons are available online as well as in person in Marion and Port Adelaide.

Hello, I’m Joelle, a mixed media artist with a Master's Degree in Graphic Design and more than 15 years of experience in the creative field. Over the years, I have developed my own mixed media art brand and received multiple Certificates for High Artistic Quality from the Luxembourg Art Prize.
My teaching approach is personalized, supportive, and designed to help each student develop their creativity and artistic confidence. I believe that art is not only about technique but also about observation, imagination, self-expression, and learning to think outside the box.
I offer two different art programs:
• A Professional Art Program for students who are considering further studies or a future career in art, design, or other creative industries. This program helps students discover whether the creative field is the right path for them while developing essential artistic skills. Students learn painting techniques, color theory and color mixing, composition, observation skills, and how to work from a subject while also thinking creatively and outside the box. They are also introduced to famous artists and art movements to broaden their inspiration and deepen their understanding of different styles and creative approaches. The goal is to build both technical ability and artistic confidence while gaining a realistic understanding of the creative industry.
• A Creative Mixed Media Program for students who simply want to enjoy the artistic process in a relaxed and inspiring environment. This program combines reality and imagination through mixed media techniques, experimentation, and creative exploration.
Lessons typically last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student's goals and level. I adapt each lesson to the individual's interests, pace, and learning style.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, including teenagers and adults. Whether you are looking to improve your artistic skills, prepare for a creative future, or simply enjoy making art, I will help you build confidence and develop your unique artistic voice.
Lessons are available online or face-to-face in Marion and Port Adelaide.
