About Paul
A lot of people don’t struggle because they lack ability, they struggle because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their direction.
I work with university students and adults who feel like they should have things figured out, but don’t. Whether it’s overthinking, low confidence, or feeling lost, these challenges can quietly affect every part of life.
My background is in mental health and supporting individuals through real emotional challenges, which has shown me how powerful it is when someone feels truly understood. Alongside this, I’ve experienced first-hand how coaching can create clarity, confidence, and a genuine sense of freedom.
In our sessions, the focus is simple: helping you make sense of what’s going on, gain clarity on your next steps, and start moving forward in a way that feels right for you.
People often leave sessions feeling calmer, clearer, and more hopeful, like things finally make sense again.
If you’re feeling stuck or unsure of your next step, you don’t have to work it out on your own.

Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly overthinking?
You’re not alone—and it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
I work with students who:
+ Struggle with confidence or self-belief
+ Feel stressed, anxious, or mentally drained
+ Overthink decisions and doubt themselves
+ Find it hard to stay focused or motivated
These things don’t mean you’re not capable, they simply mean you need the right support.
Sessions are 60 minutes, and in our sessions we focus on helping you:
+ Clear mental blocks and gain clarity
+ Build confidence in yourself and your decisions
+ Manage stress and emotional pressure
+ Feel more in control and focused
First session free: During this discovery session we focus exclusively on understanding your challenges, gaining clarity, and seeing if this is the right support for you.
My approach is relaxed, supportive, and completely tailored to you.
I combine practical mindset techniques with real-life lived experience supporting students in education and personal development.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need a place to start.
