I help people identify and transform unwanted thought patterns, beliefs, and mindset blocks both conscious and subconscious so they can create a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling.
With three professional certifications and training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles, I combine evidence-based techniques with a supportive, practical coaching approach. My background in Early Years Education gave me valuable insight into human development and behaviour, which naturally led me into the coaching profession.
My work is also shaped by personal experience. Having overcome my own limiting beliefs and unhelpful thinking patterns, I understand the challenges that can hold people back and the steps that can help create lasting change.
Whether you're seeking greater confidence, clarity, purpose, or a new direction in life, I provide guidance and support to help you move forward with intention and self-belief.
To ensure a positive and productive coaching experience, I work with clients under a simple coaching agreement that outlines expectations, confidentiality, and our shared commitment to achieving your goals.
