About Maria Dolores
My name is Loles Sanchis Mindfulness Facilitator for adults and adolescents certified by the Mindfulness Association of London and instructor of the Cultivating Emotional Balance program.
I developed my professional career in Leadership and Development of People and Organizations with international experience.
After many years in Human Resources, it evolved towards human development, increasing my interest in the relationship between meditation, ethics and emotions.
I have cultivated my meditation practice and certified as an instructor with well-known Tibetan Buddhist teachers and secular mindfulness teachers in India, Nepal, UK and Spain.
I guide people who want to enrich and improve their quality of life through a kind and didactic meditation practice.
