About Sonia
I am qualified to teach mindfulness courses in block, workshop type or weekly classes by the University of Oxford. I adapt the content to your personal need or that of your group, combining it with Mindful Yoga (stretching so that your body is aligned and avoiding injuries) and even yoga dance, according to your mood. Together we can improve your anxiety, better manage your emotions, deal with stress and learn to know better how your mind works.

Private classes, group classes, punctual workshops .. adapt the use of Mindfulness to your daily activities so you can use it on a regular basis, integrating it into your life. If we incorporate Mindful Yoga you do not need to know yoga or be especially flexible since they are postural correction exercises and to strengthen your muscles. I listen to you, I adapt, I accompany you in this process.
