About Donna
I am a Youth Life Confidence & Stress Management Coach through means of Mindfulness. I use my personally designed program to reach into the lives and into the hearts of my students. With intent and purpose to lift them up and to lead them into pulling themselves through, for them to access their inner strengths necessary for them to move forward with greater self knowledge and self worth and self strength. Going at it hand in hand with their self purpose.
I coach stage performance skills and give core instruction on the how to's and the what to's. We leave out the what not to's and remain focused on strengths, talents and creative expressive qualities.
My education is a Doctorate of Ministry/Religious and Theological Studies, a Master's of Fine Arts/Performance with Education. I also hold a degree in Business. I am a skilled and seasoned Mindfulness Trainer / Tai Chi Instructor for both disabled and abled persons. I am experienced in speaking, performing, training, teaching and leading groups of people in audiences as large as five thousand in number.

My teaching is based mainly on a lifetime of trials and smiles and experiential degrees! I teach with an assertive and direct approach while maintaining a sense of sensitivity and solidity during the exchange of conversation.
My class is so much fun and is blissful. All who know me, love me and call me repeatedly for my lead and my take on things, for my words of happiness and edification so that they can gain momentum to move forth from where they're at.
