About Brita
I am a certified Somatic and Embodiment Coach with a background in NeuroEmbodied Soul Centering (NESC) and over a decade of experience guiding adults toward nervous system healing and authentic self-leadership. My work is grounded in trauma-informed principles, yoga-based movement training, and psychological insight, integrating body awareness with the science of regulation and resilience.
Across my years of facilitating in international and multicultural settings, I’ve witnessed that sustainable transformation happens not through quick fixes, but through consistent, embodied practice. I bring a calm, compassionate presence and a deep respect for each person’s unique process. My intention is to help you reconnect with your inner authority. Not by pushing harder, but by learning to inhabit your own body with trust, curiosity, and ease.

My somatic life coaching sessions help you reconnect body, mind, and emotion to create lasting, embodied change. Grounded in neuroscience, trauma-informed principles, and emotional regulation, my approach invites deep awareness of how your inner patterns live in your body. We work through gentle embodiment practices, nervous system education, and reflective dialogue to build clarity, confidence, and authentic self-expression.
A typical session integrates body awareness, embodied inquiry, and practical coaching tools that make transformation both experiential and sustainable. This work unfolds gradually. It is not a one-off cathartic experience, but a steady process of re-patterning, building of self trust and integration. Over time, you develop a sense of grounded agency and embodied choice that extends beyond the session itself.
These sessions are ideal for adults seeking realignment, resilience, and a more connected, self-led way of living, rooted in body intelligence rather than willpower.
