Middle school teacher works with students of all abilities with compassion, creativity, and understanding to help you grasp difficult concepts and soar in math!

Lori Grimsley is a very hard-working and trustworthy educator. She holds herself, the people she works with, and her students accountable. Mrs. Grimsley is a wonderful educator and is very dedicated to helping her students learn math. She’s also very knowledgeable on how to teach kids how to do math, and she goes the extra mile to help her students. She’s also a fabulous coworker. Mrs. Grimsley is able to collaborate with other educators to best fulfill. Her students needs, and she is great at communicating with parents and community based resources to help her students. I am lucky that I have the opportunity to be able to work with her.

Lori worked with students that were resistant to the idea of education. She found ways to connect with these students either in class or during after school tutoring. She tried multiple methods of teaching math until something stuck.

Her after school tutoring became so popular that it was more like whole class instruction. She did this tutoring on her own time with little or no support from the administration.

Lori is amazing! She's patient and cares about her students! Would have loved if she could have teached each of my children. My daughter really enjoyed having her!

Lori taught both of my girls (6th &7th grade math). She is a teacher that has truly found her calling. I have never met anyone more understanding, caring, hardworking or accommodating to their students. She teaches in ways that make learning fun, with lessons that actually stick! I highly recommend her as a teacher, tutor, or in any capacity for learning. Lori cares for her students as if their her own children. She always knows how they're feeling, just by a few moments in conversation or their body language. I can't say enough about how her teaching ability.
