About Ryan
I am a mechanical engineering student at Georgia Tech. I love to cook, play chess, and practice bass guitar and drums. I'm a big fan of classic rock and Italian food, and I love to learn. I hope to spread this love of learning to my students and to show them that even if you aren't good with numbers, math and physics aren't so bad if you go into each problem with a bit of optimism and a good game plan.

As a mechanical engineering major, my major is very math and physics-heavy, and I'd be more than happy to lend my expertise to those having some difficulty with it.
My lessons are targeted towards middle and high school students who need help with math and/or physics, including but not limited to algebra, calculus, geometry, and kinematics.
A typical lesson would involve first finding out what the student needs help with, then explaining the material with an easy-to-follow, step-by-step approach. Then, I typically walk them through practice problems until they are confident enough to try it themselves. At the end of each lesson, I would provide resources so the student could practice on their own and apply what they just learned.
