About Olivia
My expertise in Excel began with a desire to organize and analyze data effectively, which led me to pursue a B.Sc in Information Systems. Over 8 years of teaching, I have helped learners develop both technical proficiency and analytical reasoning, guiding them from basic understanding to advanced mastery. I emphasize clarity, patience, and interactive instruction. Many learners struggle initially because Excel is often taught as disconnected commands. I focus on demonstrating the logic behind formulas, functions, and outputs, incorporating real-life examples and hands-on exercises. Encouraging experimentation and problem-solving is central to my teaching philosophy. Outside teaching, I continue engaging with Excel through professional projects, data analysis, and exploring new functionalities. This allows me to bring contemporary relevance to lessons. Intermediate learners explore advanced functions, charts, conditional formatting, and structured data analysis.
