About Saravanan
Hi! I'm Saravanan, a Deputy Manager at HCL Technologies with over 17 years of hands-on experience in AI Integration, Business Operations, and Process Automation. I hold certifications in Microsoft Power BI (PL-300), Generative AI (Microsoft & AWS), and Six Sigma — and I've spent my career helping teams and organizations work smarter using technology.

My teaching methodology is built on one core belief: learning sticks when it connects to real work.
With 17+ years in business operations and AI integration, I don't teach from textbooks — I teach from experience. Every session is structured around the 3P Framework I follow:
1. Personalize
Before we dive in, I take time to understand your current skill level, your job role, and what you're trying to achieve. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to sharpen specific skills, I tailor every lesson to your pace and goals — no one-size-fits-all approach here.
2. Practice
I'm a strong believer in learning by doing. Every concept I explain is followed by a live demo, a hands-on exercise, or a real business scenario. For example, if we're learning Power BI, you won't just watch — you'll build a dashboard during the session itself. If it's AI tools, we'll run live prompts and workflows together.
3. Progress
At the end of each session, I summarize key takeaways, assign practical tasks you can apply at work, and track your improvement over time. I share resources, templates, and cheat sheets so you're learning continues even between lessons.
