About Suzy Louise
I’m a freelance tutor and learning partner who believes in creating inclusive, supportive spaces for learners to grow. My approach is patient, respectful, and confidence-building — designed to support learners as they ask questions freely, overcome challenges, and build skills that support both academic progress and real-world readiness.
Before focusing on tutoring, I contributed to projects and support roles across a range of sectors — including banking, telecommunications, research and development, education, supply chain, and pre-tertiary learning. These varied experiences help me connect with learners from different backgrounds and tailor lessons to practical, everyday needs.
I’m currently improving my Microsoft 365 course materials using research, concise documentation, and classroom experience to support better learner outcomes. I’ve taught Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at pre-tertiary level at TAR college, and I have just started my DBA journey when I plan to focus on "Managing AI hallucinations in everyday Office 365 workflows"
All lessons are shaped around what you need — sometimes that means exploring features step‑by‑step, and sometimes it means applying them to situations you encounter in your studies or work. You’re welcome to bring scenarios you’d like to understand better, and we’ll unpack them together at a comfortable pace.

My Microsoft 365 lessons are practical, flexible, and tailored to your goals. I start by understanding your current skill level — whether you're creating professional documents in Word, managing data in Excel, or designing clear, effective presentations in PowerPoint.
Each session combines step-by-step guidance with hands-on practice, so you can apply what you’ve learned right away. I use real-life examples based on workplace or study needs, making sure everything feels relevant and useful.
I value questions and curiosity as part of the learning process. I also position myself as a learning partner — someone who walks alongside you, not above you. Learning isn’t a one-sided transfer of knowledge; it’s a shared journey where your voice, pace, and goals matter.
Every learner is different, so I adjust the pace and teaching style to suit your needs — whether you're just starting out or looking to sharpen specific skills for work or study.
