Hello! I am Lenar, a dedicated personal trainer and physiotherapist based in Miami, specializing in structural recovery and adult mobility. With nearly eight years of experience running my own wellness consultancy, I bring a deeply professional and comprehensive approach to physical health.
I am fluent in English and Spanish, and speak five languages in total, which allows me to connect easily with a highly diverse clientele. My practice is built on a strong foundation of continuous education, empathy, and a holistic understanding of the human body, enriched by years of working closely with top-tier professionals and mentors.
My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and highly effective environment to help you restore your mobility, overcome physical limitations, and significantly improve your daily quality of life.
