I am a Mexican Psychologist and Yoga Teacher certified by the Yoga Alliance International. I am a speaker in a Psychology Podcast, writer and coeditor of a Digital Mexican Magazine. I speak and teach Spanish and English as a native.

I teach Yoga online by Twitch and privately by Skype or Zoom where we can see each other to follow and align every step. After completing my vinyasa yoga certification, I decided to explore the culture and pure essence of Bali and Singapore, which gave me the idea to create the class called "Pranayoga", a compassionate vinyasa that focuses on the self-respect of each yoga process through the connection between the movement and deep breathing. Connecting with yourself and nature.
Spanish is my native language which I started teaching last year through Skype. My method is focused not only to understand the grammatic but also on comprehending how cultural diversity influences the way we communicate. You don't need to buy books, the material we use is like a daily magazine, prepared with functional and actual information, engaging conversations, and real-life examples.
