I love to establish a strong personal relationship with my mentee, a relationship based on trust; sharing of struggles, fears and insecurities.
Then I proceed to show the student how most of the fears are completely baseless and how the struggles can be overcome with careful planning, mental clarity and the right combination of smart work and hard work.
