I am a very driven person in terms of mental health and exercise. I want to share my knowledge As I enjoy doing this. I wasn't always in this state of mind but for the last 5 years,I have changed myself.
I only want students that will try their absolute best!

Whilst maintaining our focus on breathing, we will also be exercising to ensure your whole body is stimulated.
These exercises will be compound movements adjusted to you.
