About Meagan
I’m a student majoring in psychology, I’m a fitness and mental wellness enthusiast and I’m passionate about bridging positive psychology and physical health gap together with my experience and knowledge from research, studies and professionals. I can personally life coach you by reinforcing the refreshing positivity we need when life brings us down. I can help you find ways to tap into finding the essential purpose of positive psychology to avoid anxiety, stress or depression or mental health stumbling blocks we experience. We are all different yet experience the same things and my knowledge in psychology can help us find a better way. A positive, optimistic and psychotherapeutic way to deal with life problems.

My teaching methods are on social media through my personal blog on instagram. Most people follow my journey and learn what works for them. It meet with people to do P.P (positive psychology) sessions in the GTA which includes discussing the challenge you’re facing, creating steps in finding solutions and utilizing resources to overall help you instead of overpriced therapy. Therapy and help can be found within each other if we find the right people.
