About Mariano
"Beginners and home studio owners often struggle to bridge the gap between a raw idea and a finished song. I focus on the nuts and bolts of songwriting that actually help you finish your tracks. My work revolves around MELODIC PHRASING and matching words to melody using precise prosody techniques.
You will find that I prioritise getting your music out into the world over spending hours on dry theory. My BA in Commercial Music from BIMM Institute informs the practical approach I use with every student.
I have spent 4 years coaching writers on how to refine their hook and top-line writing. We handle the technical side of rhyme schemes and metre so your lyrics feel natural.
My method involves editing and rewriting until your chord progressions support the emotion of your song. Getting your demo ready for listeners is the ultimate goal of our time together. You can expect a chilled environment where your creative voice stays the focus throughout the process."

"Writing a song should feel like putting together a puzzle where every piece eventually clicks into place. Lessons function as a collaborative space where we work on your demoing your ideas from the very first spark to the final mix.
My BA in Commercial Music ensures that we tackle your structure with a professional ear for what makes a song stick. Beginners get immediate help with their chord progressions and melodic phrasing to ensure their tracks sound complete. I bring 4 years of experience to help you navigate the tricky balance of prosody and song length. You will finish your session knowing exactly how to turn a rough sketch into a shareable record."
