About SARA
I’m Sara, and I’ve been on a transformative journey with yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for decades. I’ve spent much of my life learning how to reconnect with my true self, heal from challenges, and cultivate a deep sense of peace. It’s my passion to share these practices with others, especially women who are navigating life’s transitions, whether that’s stress, self-doubt, or simply seeking a deeper connection to who they truly are. I teach because I know the power of these practices to bring healing, calm, and transformation. Yoga and meditation helped me rediscover my inner strength after overcoming personal struggles, and now I’m committed to guiding others on that same path. My goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to find balance, self-love, and clarity in your own life. Through breathwork, movement, mantra, and mindfulness, I’m here to help you reconnect to your higher self and awaken to your full potential.
