About Maja
With 9 years of experience in singing and teaching, I enjoy helping students explore their musical abilities and develop confidence in their voice. I teach singing to school and college students and support them in learning proper vocal techniques. My classes focus on breathing exercises, pitch control, voice clarity, and expressive singing.
I believe that every voice is unique and can improve with the right guidance and practice. Over the years, I have helped many students overcome stage fear and perform confidently in school and college programmes. Seeing their growth and enthusiasm for music has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
I always try to make my lessons engaging and encouraging so that students enjoy the learning process. I also motivate students to explore different musical styles and discover their own strengths. My teaching style is patient and supportive, and I focus on helping each student progress at their own pace. Teaching singing allows me to share my love for music while helping students achieve their goals.

My teaching methodology for singing combines flexibility, creativity, understanding, and effective time management to provide a comprehensive learning experience. I believe that every student’s voice is unique and capable of growth with proper training and practice. I begin lessons by focusing on foundational skills, including breathing techniques, vocal warm-ups, pitch control, tone improvement, and articulation.
Creativity is a major part of my lessons because singing is a way for students to express emotion and develop a personal style. I encourage students to experiment with different songs, genres, and interpretations to find their own voice. Understanding each student’s strengths and challenges allows me to provide personalised guidance and support.
Time management ensures that every lesson is productive and well-structured, including technical exercises, song practice, and performance preparation. Besides singing, I also guide students in rhythm, music theory, and stage confidence to help them become well-rounded musicians.
