I have always had a passion for teaching and also conveying it in a clear and concise way. I have a deep understanding in VCE Maths and Chemistry and want my students to not get scared when they hear the word 'maths' because it is more straightforward and enjoyable once they understand the concepts.

I believe students need to fall in love with their subjects whilst also learning in an enjoyable environment. My teachings centre around 'active recall', early curated bound references, Anki cards and foundational understandings of complex ideas. My lessons are 60 minutes long. I am extremely experienced in the current study design for Methods and Specialist Maths and will focus on topics that will be learnt in VCE. I also possess valuable MHS resources to expose my students to exam questions. I also encourage 1 on 1 interactions and a friendly relationship between tutor and student. I encourage my students to contact me directly through text or call if they are stuck on a question between lessons.
