About Meher
I’m Meher Krishna, a second-year Politics, Philosophy and Law (LLB) student at King’s College London. I studied English as a First Language in the IGCSE curriculum and have always had a strong passion for English literature, writing, and communication. Although I’m new to formal tutoring, my academic background and varied experiences — from debating and essay writing competitions to internships that required research, editing, and written communication — have strengthened my ability to guide others in expressing themselves clearly and effectively. I focus on helping students who want to improve their essay writing, grammar, and confidence with English, or who are looking for support in writing Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and other academic pieces. My lessons are friendly, encouraging, and adapted to each student’s level. I aim to make English feel accessible and enjoyable while helping students build real confidence in their writing and comprehension skills.

I’m Meher Krishna, a second-year Politics, Philosophy and Law (LLB) student at King’s College London. I’ve always had a love for English literature and language, and I want to help others feel more confident and in control when using English — whether in essays, conversation, or creative writing. While I’ve never formally tutored before, I’ve often helped friends and classmates with essay structure, writing clarity, and expressing ideas effectively. That experience taught me how important it is to make learning feel approachable and encouraging. My lessons are adapted to each student’s level — whether you’re looking to improve writing skills, understand literature better, or just get more comfortable with the language. I can also help with Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and university applications, having gone through that process myself not long ago. A typical lesson lasts about an hour, and I work best with school students who want to strengthen their English or writing skills in a supportive environment.
