I blend chess instruction with mindfulness techniques, fostering not only strategic chess prowess but also holistic personal growth. Through engaging lessons, I demonstrate how chess principles can be applied to life challenges, enhancing critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Lesson Length:
Typically, my lessons run for 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the age of the student. This duration allows us to delve deep into both chess strategies and mindfulness practices, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience.
Qualifications/Experience:
With over 15 years of experience as a dedicated chess player and more than a decade as a coach, I bring a wealth of strategic insights to my students. Additionally, I am a certified transformative coach, allowing me to guide students toward personal transformation using mindfulness techniques.
