About Federico
With over 10 years of experience in life coaching, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual development, my intention is to meet each person exactly as they are. My path has been shaped by lived experience, inner struggle, and a lifelong search for meaning and freedom. Growing up between contrasting cultures and spiritual traditions led me early to questions of identity, suffering, and personal purpose. I did not arrive at this work through theory alone, but through navigating my own inner challenges as a man, a father, and a teacher in the world. Over the years, meditation, hypnotherapy, and spiritual inquiry became practical tools that helped me find freedom—from my own thinking and from the feeling of not fitting in. Because of this, I know pain, and I know it is possible to transcend it. Today, I dedicate my work to supporting others from a place of empathy, maturity, and lived understanding. My hope is that our time together is grounded, respectful, focused on real inner change, and with space for lightness as well. I believe each person carries their own inner wisdom. My role is simply to help you reconnect with it—calmly, safely, and honestly.

These sessions are designed for you to learn from me, learn about yourself and very importantly, transcend any problem you may be facing currently.
Our aim together is to go beyond conventional mindfulness and meditation teachings and into true spiritual and personal development.
Focused on a grounded and deep relationship between teacher and student, rather than in recovery and performance like conventional therapy or school does.
Through this process you will learn how to integrate a state of presence into your everyday life. as well as reflect on deep questions such as: Who am I becoming? Where am I headed? and What do I truly, truly want?
Over time, you will develop a clearer understanding of your mental / emotional patterns and conditioning, clarify what you truly want from this life and learn how to approach it. And finally, identify your blocks and develop the inner strength to move through them.
Techniques & methods we ca explore together:
• True meditation as lived presence
• Spiritual inquiry and self-awareness for daily life
• Inner work with your subconscious mind and identifying emotional patterns
• Other mind–body and contemplative traditional methods
Who are these classes for?
• Serious and mature students, generally aged 40+ even though this is not a must!
• Those who are ready for true accountability
• People navigating mental health, major life transitions and even medical challenges

All sessions are approximately 60 mins and are fully tailored to you and your available times. I offer all of my work in English and in Spanish.
