About Taegan
As a certified Meditation Facilitator, Yoga Teacher and Somatic Practitioner in training, it's safe to say I am incredibly passionate about helping others heal through body, mind and spirit. My meditation journey started 4 years ago after being told by doctors that the depression & anxiety I was experiencing was incurable. I refused to live the rest of my life dependent on medications, so I searched for the root of my issues and found them within my body, mind and spirit. Through yoga, meditation and somatic practices I have found immense healing and I deeply desire to share the powers of these practices. Meditation alone has served me more than anything because of how practical it is and you can take the practice ANYWHERE. I am here to share with you the amazing benefits and techniques of meditation so you too can experience unusual calmness, profound peace and be able to handle stress with much more ease.
