About Juliet
I am a published author and have appeared as a podcast guest on multiple podcasts. I am also the founder of an online holistic community, Dragonfly Oasis. I obtained my Master's in Public Administration and Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Organizations from UGA. I also earned my BFA in Fine Art from UGA. I am also a marketing strategist, entrepreneur, copywriter, artist, clothing designer, photographer, published poet, songwriter, musician, dancer, movement, breath work, and meditation instructor, a mother of three adult children, and a grandmother.

I studied Sufi Breathwork with Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan in 1990 at the Abode of the Message in upstate New York for two weeks. Then I began incorporating this breathwork with improv movement in my practice Creative Movement Meditation. This practice empowers you to stay in flow state, increases your creativity, and helps with balance. If you have ADHD or just get bored with meditation focused on nothingness, this practice would be a perfect fit for you. I have taught this in person at UGA Continuing Education in 1997 and at Camp Disclosure in 2021 and online since 2017.
