About Jordan

Hello everyone ! My name is Jordan, I am 30 years old and come from Brussels, Belgium but am currently living half of the year in South East Asia, working as a music producer
and meditation/breathwork coach. I am a very structured, disciplined but lively and positive person who loves teaching and has been teaching music production, meditation and breathwork for over 5 years now.
Now gently immerse yourself in a transformative inner journey through my meditation classes, combining theory, meditation practices, breathing techniques, and question-and-answer sessions.
As a meditation practitioner for nearly a decade, my journey in this field has been guided by a quest for understanding the human mind and its infinite potential.
